Terms and Conditions for SHUTTLE PRO

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by SHUTTLE PRO LLC (“Company”) to its customers. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 SHUTTLE PRO LLC is a transportation service provider offering on-demand mobility solutions, including airport transfers, corporate events, and leisure travel.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on our official website.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Bookings can be made through the website, email at book@shuttlepro.ge or by calling +995 511 22 44 44.
2.2 Advance bookings are encouraged to ensure availability, especially for intercity or group travel.
2.3 Customers must provide accurate details, including the date, time, and location of pick-up and drop-off.
2.4 SHUTTLE PRO reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions) and will notify customers promptly.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 SHUTTLE PRO accepts payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.
3.3 Corporate clients may request invoicing terms, subject to prior approval.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost.
4.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
5. Service Features
5.1 SHUTTLE PRO ensures a safe and comfortable experience by maintaining a fleet of modern, well-equipped vehicles.
5.2 Complimentary amenities such as Wi-Fi and refreshments are included for customer convenience.
5.3 Additional requests (e.g., child seats, special accommodations) must be made at the time of booking and may incur extra charges.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1 Customers must be punctual and ready at the agreed pick-up location. Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
6.2 Customers must respect SHUTTLE PRO vehicles and property. Any damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the customer.
6.3 Smoking, eating, and drinking (except water) inside the vehicles are prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the driver.
7. Liability
7.1 SHUTTLE PRO will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the service.
7.3 SHUTTLE PRO carries full insurance coverage for its vehicles and passengers, as required by Georgian law.
8. Corporate and Group Bookings
8.1 Tailored packages and agreements are available for corporate clients and group bookings.
8.2 Specific terms for these services will be outlined in individual contracts.
9. Data Privacy and Protection
9.1 SHUTTLE PRO LLC complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure your personal data is handled securely and lawfully.
9.2 Data collected (e.g., name, contact information, booking details) is used solely for service delivery and customer support purposes.
9.3 SHUTTLE PRO will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9.5 SHUTTLE PRO implements robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes or claims arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
10.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
